Client Brief

Triveni Turbines Ltd (TTL) is one of India’s top manufacturers of industrial steam turbines, delivering to diverse industries, from steel and cement to sugar and textiles. With global operations, and decades of engineering expertise, TTL operates in a highly regulated industry where system reliability and safety are non-negotiable. Comprehensive, mature and accessible enterprise projects and risk management processes and systems are crucial to ensure compliance with all internal, customer and regulatory requirements.

The Challenge

Like many enterprises operating at scale, Triveni Turbines Ltd faced a critical decision, whether to continue incurring the high cost and complexity of maintaining Oracle Primavera, or migrate to a flexible, scalable and low-cost platform. The existing Oracle Primavera based ERM was not only expensive to maintain, but it was also a desktop-based solution, which is slow and siloed, limiting user accessibility and real-time responsiveness.

With Microsoft 365 already in use across the organization, Triveni saw an opportunity to simplify its technology landscape. What they needed was a unified, mobile-accessible solution that would work seamlessly within their existing ecosystem — delivering better control, faster insights, and reduced costs.
