Requirement
The need was clear, Pierian Services wanted a solution that was

The Solutions
We designed and developed a Modern Intranet Application for Pierian Services using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React. This was built as a single-page application, which delivered faster performance, dynamic interactivity, and seamless access across devices. The intranet became the digital heart of Pierian Services, connecting employees, simplifying communication, and enhancing the workplace experience.

New Joiner Alerts & Automated Directory
With Active Directory integration, the system automatically could update employee records and publish new joiner announcements. This feature ensured new employees were warmly welcomed while HR could avoid manual data entry.

Dynamic Quick Links for Training & Resources
Adding customizable Quick Links feature to the portal helped the employees get direct access to training modules, onboarding documents, policies, and other frequently used resources, thus reducing search time and improving productivity.

HR announcements were posted, helping employees stay updated with company policies, benefits information, training opportunities, and HR-related deadlines, all in one centralized location.
