Key Responsibilities
1. Keyword Research & Strategy
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities
- Analyze search intent and competitor keyword strategies
- Support in developing keyword mapping for website pages
2. On-Page Optimization
- Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headers (H1–H6), and URL structures
- Improve internal linking structure and content relevance
- Optimize images (alt text, file names, compression)
- Ensure proper keyword placement and content alignment
- Assist in content optimization based on SEO best practices
- Monitor and improve click-through rates (CTR)
3. Off-Page Optimization
- Support backlink building campaigns through outreach and relationship building
- Identify and acquire high-quality backlinks
- Perform competitor backlink analysis
- Monitor domain authority and link profile health
- Track brand mentions and citation opportunities
4. Technical SEO
- Assist in technical audits (crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, indexing issues)
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and site performance
- Support implementation of schema markup and structured data
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and site speed optimization
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic and engagement using Google Analytics
- Track keyword rankings and visibility
- Analyze performance using Google Search Console
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports with insights and recommendations
- Track KPIs such as organic growth, bounce rate, CTR, and conversion rate
6. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and designers
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry trends
- Recommend SEO improvements based on data analysis
- Support A/B testing initiatives for SEO performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
