Client was looking for a simple solution to automate appraisals of its 5000 plus employees. Also solution needs to be implemented integrating existing HR system and has to be delivered in less than three months to match the appraisal time line. The new system should replace the existing manual, excel based process which is error prone, time consuming and difficult to consolidate and generate reports.

Aufait customisable solution for SharePoint, Appraisal point was implemented. Key modules used are corporate score card, customised appraisal form and workflow. integration with HRM, reports etc.
This is third year where the employee appraisal is conducted using Appraisal Point. With a systematic weighted ratings approach, the system provided a transparent platform that reduced conflicts and escalations. With our system customers could manage timely appraisal and eliminated existing excel based email communication which was very difficult to consolidate and generate reports.
